  6. 1 We are aware that occasionally when using Money Matters' help
  7.   system for some reason a requester appears asking you to insert a
  8.   disk. If you cancel this requester then the help appears. This
  9.   problem seems to occur more when the Money Matters file is not saved
  10.   in the Money Matters drawer.

  12.   We are still investigating this problem, and hope to track it
  13.   down soon.

  15. 2 When the Install Money Matters icon is double-clicked, you will
  16.   experience a delay before you are asked to choose your experience
  17.   level. This is normal as the install script is quite large.

  20. Common Startup Problems

  22. Q I get half way through the installation process, and a message
  23.   appears telling me that I have a Checksum error.

  25. A It seems that the install disk you are using has an error on it. Make
  26.   a new backup of the faulty disk from your Master disk and try again.

  28.   If the problem persists then send the disk back to Digita Technical
  29.   Support with a stamped, addressed jiffy bag and a covering letter so
  30.   that we may exchange it with a tested one immediately.

  33. Q When I install Money Matters onto my hard disk, it tells me that
  34.   there is not enough disk space on my System partition to install. I have
  35.   60MB free!

  37. A Hard disks are usually split up into several areas or partitions.
  38.   Commonly there is a Work and a Workbench partition (sometimes called a
  39.   System or Boot partition).
  40.  
  41.   Money Matters needs to copy several items (fonts and drivers) to your
  42.   System partition in order to work correctly. When there is not enough
  43.   disk space on this partition, this error message is displayed.
